Job description

To support the Human Resource team in the full spectrum of HR activities across the Southeast Asia (SEA) business region, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of day-to-day HR operations, documentations, and employee support functions.

Payroll Management

Assist in the monthly pre payroll process by checking components such as overtime, annual leave, medical leave, attendance, and other related items.

Liaise with manpower agencies to verify monthly invoice details and ensure accuracy before processing.

ISO Certification Compliance

Support the maintenance and updating of HR-related ISO documentation including :

  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Training Records
  • Training Evaluation Forms
  • Other compliance-related documents as required

Daily & Monthly HR Tasks

Monitor employee confirmation timelines and coordinate with the HR Executive to send out Confirmation Appraisal forms to relevant Heads of Department (HODs).

Review daily production attendance for any disciplinary issues or attendance irregularities.

Collaborate with relevant departments on weekly overtime forecasts and attendance planning.

Update attendance records (Unpaid Leave, Absences, etc.) in the Attendance System for all employee categories (production workers – local & foreign, and office staff).

Review and verify invoices from panel clinics.

Input panel clinic invoice data into Excel for Finance Department processing.

Other Responsibilities

Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Ensure all HR records and attendance logs are kept up-to-date and accurate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR support role is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and attendance systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Willing to work in Serendah
