About the role

As the E-Commerce Warehouse Manager at DROPSHIPII CONCEPT SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the company's warehouse based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's e-commerce fulfilment processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and best practices to optimise workflow and productivity
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Analyse warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the logistics and e-commerce teams to streamline order fulfilment processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or e-commerce fulfilment role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and omnichannel distribution operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
