We are looking for the right candidate to support our sales efforts by handling inbound sales calls, responding to email inquiries, and conducting online Zoom product tours. This role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills. As a Product Specialist, you will bridge the gap between product knowledge and customer needs, ensuring that potential clients fully understand the value Bukku brings to their businesses. Responsibilities -Respond to inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat. -Conduct online Zoom sessions to provide potential clients with product walkthroughs and answer their questions. -Gain a strong understanding of Bukku’s features and functionalities to effectively present solutions to customers. -Work closely with the sales and product teams to refine sales pitches and ensure an exceptional customer experience. -Identify customer pain points and demonstrate how Bukku addresses their challenges. -Keep track of customer feedback and provide insights to the product team for future improvements. -Support sales conversion efforts by following up with leads and nurturing potential clients. -Occasionally participate in outbound efforts to reach new markets and engage with strategic clients.
