To support the organization’s growth by managing talent acquisition, strengthening HR operational practices at the on-ground level, leading employee engagement initiatives, and supporting Compensation and Benefits (CandB) and performance management processes. This role places strong emphasis on building close relationships with frontline and on-ground employees, managing employee welfare—including hostel accommodations—and ensuring effective HR presence across operational sites. Additionally, the role involves preparing HR data reports and analytics to support strategic business decision-making. 1. Talent Acquisition : -Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline and support roles, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline. -Partner with department heads and multiple client companies to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture and workforce plans to develop effective hiring strategies. -Build pipelines through sourcing channels including job portals, social media, job fairs, and campus hiring. -Manage sourcing channels, interview scheduling, selection, offers, and onboarding programs. -Support employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, career fairs and university outreach. -Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness) and recommend improvements. -Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and early engagement for new hires. -Maintain data integrity and system optimization to support scalable recruitment. 2. HR Operations (On-ground focused) : -Serve as the HR touchpoint for on ground employees, fostering strong on-ground relationships. -Conduct regular outlet visits and check-ins to maintain employee morale and gather feedback. -Oversee hostel accommodation management, ensuring proper occupancy, living standards, and grievance resolution. -Support grievance management, policy communication, and workplace issue resolution at on-ground level. -Implement HR policies effectively at on-ground level and ensure adherence to code of conduct. -Coordinate and improve HR operational processes across all brands. 3. Employee Engagement : -Plan and execute employee engagement programs targeted at retail teams and support functions. -Organize festive celebrations, recognition programs, team-building events, and townhalls. -Conduct engagement surveys and present insights to management with actionable recommendations. -Promote a culture of inclusivity, motivation, and employee involvement across all levels.4. 4. Performance Management : -Coordinate with the Compensation and Benefits team for the annual and mid-year and quarterly performance appraisal cycles for all levels. -Assist in employee goal setting, appraisal documentation, and tracking development plans. -Support in succession planning and talent reviews. 5. HR Analytics and Reporting : -Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, manpower movement, recruitment KPIs). -Provide data analysis to support strategic HR decisions and workforce planning. -Analyze trends in absenteeism, retention, and engagement, and develop improvement action plans. -Use HRIS or Excel tools for data tracking, visualization, and reporting. -Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
