Job Responsibilities and Description

• Assist in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for the general contractor's civil engineering projects.
• Assist the Construction Director in project production schedule control.
• Responsible for coordinating human resources and materials within the project's construction area.
• Supervise and inspect on-site work according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Assess the progress and contract performance of project subcontractors.
• Assist the Business Management Department in managing project time claims.
• Responsible for implementing quality and safety management within the construction area.
• Attend weekly and coordination meetings.
• Prepare documents and monthly reports for on-site work.
