Job Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, business goals, and challenges.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.Sales and Business Development :Identify opportunities for upwelling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's footprint within key accounts and achieve sales targets.Account Planning and Strategy :Create and execute strategic account plans that align with the company's objectives and the client's needs.
Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.Project Coordination :Work closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Coordinate and oversee project milestones, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of solutions.Market and Competitor Analysis :Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide feedback and insights to the company to help shape product development and marketing strategies.Reporting and Documentation :Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.8+ years in program / key account management within electronics manufacturing.Strong in program management, supply chain, and client relationship building.Proven ability to grow multi-site accounts and drive business results.
