Job description
  • Responsible to perform the full spectrum of payroll functions such as processing wages, statutory submission, annual tax filing, payroll adjustments, and other related matters  -Update and maintain employee’s records in the system related to payroll  -Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.  -Create new employee personal particulars entry, update employees data and ensure data accuracy in Human Resource Information system  -Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including provide payroll related information for audit purpose to auditors.  -Record employee benefits and deductions in software.  -Perform investigation of discrepancies and errors in payroll system  -Ensure company equipment and facilities are well function and maintained.  -Perform ad-hoc work when assigned  [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-blacksire-job-senior-payroll-specialist]
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or related field.  -At least 5 years of working experiences in related filed and position.  -Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft excel.  -Analytical and strategic thinker.  -Problem-solving aptitude.  -Meticulous and good with numbers. -Have good organization skills.
