Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B or hospitality operations.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Strong understanding of SOP development and enforcement.
- Experience supervising lounge / bar operations is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily lounge operations and service flow.Advise and implement operational SOPs to maintain consistency and excellence.Coordinate shift schedules and manage staff deployment.Monitor service quality, floor hygiene, and customer satisfaction.Work closely with all departments for seamless back-end and front-end operations.Benefits
