Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 - 7 years’ retail management within luxury retail or premium fashion. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire and manage multi-store teams. Excellent commercial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Randstad is partnering with a well-known retail group in seeking a Retail Operations Manager (luxury timepiece / fashion) to oversee and drive operational excellence across their retail boutiques.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth store performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales growth by supporting Store Managers in achieving commercial objectives.
- Implement operational strategies, SOPs, and best practices across the store network.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, service, inventory, and compliance.
- Manage store budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent brand presentation and service excellence.
