What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
- Handle product, service, and warranty inquiries.
- Register and follow up on service requests / complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
- Maintain records and ensure a customer-friendly environment.
Requirements
Experience in customer service is an advantage.Good communication & interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge.Working Hours
5 days work week (2 off days, rotational).
9 : 00am – 10 : 30pm (mall operation hours).
