Sales Support. Liaising with principals / sales staff on the status of their orders.
- Efficient and accurate Order Processing input transfer into the SOL System.
- Prepare and consolidate Sales Report, backlog order, inventory report and any other relevant report which as and when required. This includes keeping track of any pending order.
- Administer invoice and job orders, inventory / keeping track of inventory and demo units.
- Assist in tender preparation and quotation preparation. This includes typing of quotation, Sebutharga, Tender and etc.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries or complaints and provide product or technical information on product range. Redirect customers’ enquiries to the respective Sales personnel / Service Engineer or Department Head.
- Coordinate for Department on Exhibition, Seminars and etc.
- Monitor and update customers on status of equipment under repair (Service Department).
- Assist the Sales Team in carrying out product demonstration and application as and when necessary (Sales Department).
- Handle customer orders and co-ordination of logistics for sales team on delivery of goods to site.
- Support the marketing and promotional activities including collating and preparing marketing kits
- Other administrative duties as and when required.
