Position : Sales Manager (Malaysia) – JD.COM
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
 - Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
 - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
 - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
 - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
 - Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
 - Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
 - Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
 
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in the supply chain sector, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution services.In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
