About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position will play a crucial role in leading and managing our sales efforts, contributing to the overall growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and performance management
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, while continuously improving processes and driving innovation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales role, preferably within the automotive industry

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve outstanding results

Excellent sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about driving business growth

Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent experience
