Job description

Job Description :

  • Manage inventory control and storage activities, including service parts ordering, stock planning, and replenishment.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports as required by management.
  • Oversee the receiving, checking, and proper storage of incoming parts.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all inventory records.
  • Process daily parts orders efficiently to support workshop operations.
  • Maintain a well-organized documentation and filing system for all parts-related records.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the parts storage area at all times.
  • Provide timely updates to Service Advisors regarding the arrival and availability of ordered parts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification : SPM or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in handling automotive parts or working as a Parts Controller is preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in office and inventory management applications.
  • High level of integrity and responsibility in managing inventory and stock.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work at Semenyih / Beranang.

    Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
