Job description
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, roadshows, and seminars.
  • Coordinate logistics, registration, and on-site arrangements.
  • Work closely with vendors, trainers, and marketing and sales teams to ensure event success.
  • Support event production on-site, including setup and teardown.
  • Source and secure sponsorships and partnerships for events.
  • Assist in event setup, booth arrangement, and promotional activities.
  • Support the sales team during online LIVE sessions and event promotions.
