1) Handle payroll, attendance and employment statutory
2) Handle recruitment, employee performance evaluation, training and career path
3) New staff orientation and monitor department on-job-training
4) Handle staff claim, benefit and compensation
5) Staff disciplinary and termination
6) Dealing with other HODs on problem solving & issue
7) Monitor, evaluate and implement department SOP & KPI
8) Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
