You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Laundry is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Laundry team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate policies
- Assist with staffing, training, and performance management as required
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Laundry Attendant in a luxury hotel brand.Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.Due to the Malaysian government work permit restrictions, only Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia will be considered.Seniority level
