We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in a busy and elegant jewellery store. As a key member of the sales team, you will provide exceptional service to customers, assist in sales, and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard at all times.

• Customer Experience Champion : Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by engaging with customers
• Product Knowledge & Consultation : Build strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers with informed and personalised guidance
• Visual Merchandising : Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and compliance requirements
