Account Executive

Responsibility -Assist in all accounting related matter such as commission claim, reporting, invoice, receipt, ad-hoc monthly payment, staffs claim, filling etc -Ensure all administrative documentation process of the property transaction is duly and promptly completed. -Liaise with Developer, Project PIC, or other related parties to issue invoice correctly and follow up payment overdue status  -Update Project PIC, superior and related parties for all reporting requested -Keep track on conversion sales invoicing status and follow up -To prepare a weekly report, management report, sales report and any other related report requested by superior or related parties. -Ensure prompt replies for incoming correspondences message or enquiries from all related parties and solve their issue or liaise with them in good manner at all times. -Performing other administration work, accounting work and ad-hoc task as assigned. Requirements -Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Accounting / Finance / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent. -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably experienced in Property / Real Estate or equivalent. -sensitive and detail on figure, calculation, and sense of urgency for collection due date. -Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage. -Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Result oriented, well-organised, good team member and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure -Can work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
