Supply Planning & Replenishment Oversight
- Translate demand forecasts into replenishment plans and factory production requirements
- Develop short-term replenishment schedules (weekly / monthly) and longer-term supply outlook
- Consider lead times, minimum order quantities, and production cycles to secure continuous availability
- Balance supply to avoid both overstock and stock-out situations
Coordination with Factories
Liaise with factories to communicate replenishment requirements and follow up on production statusMonitor factory performance and ensure timely execution of replenishment plansAdjust schedules in response to capacity constraints, downtime, or delaysEnsure smooth alignment between factory output and demand prioritiesInventory Management
Monitor inventory levels at warehouses against targets and safety stock settingsReview inventory health to identify risks of overstock or stock-outTake proactive action such as expediting or deferring replenishment as neededEnsure inventory turnover and service levels remain within optimal rangeCross-Functional Coordination
Align with Demand Planner to adjust supply in line with forecast updatesWork closely with Logistics team to ensure inbound movements follow the replenishment planParticipate in S&OP and weekly supply review meetings, reporting supply status, risks, and corrective actionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply imbalances or constraintsSupervise order processing for distributors, retail chains, and export partnersReview SO / DO accuracy, export documentation completeness, and order timelinesCoordinate closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse to resolve offline order issuesMaintain visibility of all B2B delivery status and manage customer follow-upsTrack and report key supply KPIs : replenishment adherence, on-time delivery, fill rate, and days of supplyConduct analysis of recurring issues and recommend corrective actionsRefine planning parameters (e.g., lead times, safety stock) for better accuracy and efficiency.New Products & Discontinuations

Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years’ experience in supply planning, replenishment, or FMCG operationsStrong knowledge of replenishment cycles, lead times, and inventory management principlesProficiency in ERP / planning tools and Excel Strong coordination skills across planning, factory, and logistics functionsDetail-oriented, analytical, and committed to process accuracyGood communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia#J-18808-Ljbffr
