Recruitment Lead @ Boost | Talent Acquisition Expert To provide hands-on support in day-to-day finance operations and month-end closing activities for ADC Finance. This role will ensure operational continuity, assist with audit readiness, and support project initiatives such as automation projects, e-Invoicing implementation and reporting enhancements. Responsibilities
Management of accounting and financial reporting to various key stakeholders. Provide support during month-end closing to meet the internal deadlines, including preparation and review of journals, supporting schedules, and reconciliations. Assist with day-to-day finance operations including invoice processing, GL postings, reconciliations and payment reviews. Performing and coordinating the end-to-end process for financial closing and reporting to Group Finance. Support the coordination with auditors and preparation of audit deliverables for interim, year-end audits and internal audits and address audit queries in a timely manner. Provide support in the preparation of internal management reports, variance analysis, and business unit reporting requests. Provide general support to the Finance Manager on operational finance tasks, project coordination, and process improvements. Close liaison between Finance team, Credit Risk, Treasury and Credit Operations departments. Involvement in special projects from time-to-time. Other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or hold a professional Chartered Accountancy qualification from a recognized body; though extensive relevant “hands-on” experience may be considered in place of this. Relevant financial closing and reporting experience in a similar industry, is a plus. Experienced in navigating within an ERP environment i.e. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc. Minimum 4-6 years of related working experience. Experience in audit coordination and “hands-on” experience in performing financial closing and operations. Strong attention to detail, independence, and hands-on execution ability. Ability to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong command in both spoken and written English. Positive mind-set and self-driven. Willing to take up 1 year-contract role. Employment type
