Background :
Our QA team is the goalkeeper of the overall quality of the data set. During the training & preparation phase of the project, our team is responsible for collecting the requests from the client and developing a profound version of annotation guidelines. We will also help the other teams with the training and prepare for production within the expected time range.
During the production stage of the project, our team will work in a task queue to inspect the data submitted by the other teams. Also, we are responsible for solving the cross-team misalignments.
Responsibilities : Training :
- Training planning and preparation : Training plan and materials preparation for labelling teams
- Training delivery : Training delivery to labelling teams; Test arrangement and align on the test results with QA
Production
Updates : Updates application and alignment for labelling team; Daily quality data updatesQuality Assessment & Governance : Overall sampling results validation; Diff case review or clearanceQuality Alignment : Calibration with labelling teams; Project quality assessment and analysis; RCA, trends and action plan reportingQuality Reporting / Weekly Review : Weekly Quality Reporting Updates & action planning for overall performance managementAcceptance
