Trainer Onboarding & Coordination
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs).
 - Conduct onboarding briefings to align trainers with MMT’s quality standards and client expectations.
 - Prepare and brief trainers before client meetings or program delivery.
 - Coordinate logistics : print and distribute training materials, ensure classroom readiness, and handle last-minute trainer needs.
 - Manage trainer calendars and scheduling to prevent double-booking or overlaps.
 - Participate in trainer fee negotiations and maintain standardized rate structures.
 
Content Development & Proposal Support
Ensure training content matches client objectives and aligns with adult learning principles.Review and standardize training materials for brand consistency and instructional clarity.Scheduling & Calendar Management
Maintain and update the master training calendar for all internal and external programs.Ensure proper coordination between trainers, clients, and venue arrangements.HRD Corp (eTRiS) Management
Understand the full process of HRD Corp eTRiS system — from grant application to claim submission.Prepare and submit JD14 forms, attendance lists, and all required HRD Corp documentation.Strong understanding of HRD Corp processes (eTRiS, JD14, claims, attendance, etc.).Excellent coordination and multitasking skills across multiple programs.Working knowledge of adult learning principles and training design.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.Good interpersonal communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training coordination or learning operations.Hands‑on experience with HRD Corp / eTRiS system is mandatory.Familiarity with HRD Corp claimable programs (SBL-Khas) and related documentation is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
