Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with business development, giving you the opportunity to manage end-to-end hiring processes and bring new clients on board. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the business while helping candidates find their ideal careers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment), including :
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinating with clients and candidates through the offer stage.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proactively generate new business by identifying and onboarding clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements and business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive landscapes.
