Job Description : SAP S / 4HANA FICO (RTR) Consultant

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Work Mode : Remote

Start Date : Immediate / ASAP

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA FICO (Record-to-Report) Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Finance & Controlling modules, excellent integration experience, and the ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

This role requires strong analytical skills, functional configuration capability, and proven experience managing end‑to‑end SAP implementations under both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP S / 4HANA FICO (RTR) solutions across Public Cloud and Private Cloud platforms.
• Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and support for FI and / or CO modules.
• Lead and participate in end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing, cutover, and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide integration support with MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and integration issues across Finance & Controlling processes.
• Provide expertise in any of the relevant integration areas such as SAP PS, VIM, FSCM, RAR, TRM, Concur, or S / 4HANA Upgrade.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality deliverables.
