Job Description The Assistant Project Accountant is responsible for project creation, maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy of projects for the assigned region.
What You Will Do :
1. Creating, Managing, and disbursing reports related to projects.
2. Maintain related database.
3. Evaluate and monitor overall projects to support project team complete projects within its planned scope, schedule, and budget.
4. Reviewing and reporting projects budget and finances.
5. Perform routine analysis and reports. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.
6. Analysis, review to identify exceptions, abnormalities, or variances.
7. Support external and internal audit.
8. Any other duties as and when assigned. Job Requirement What You Will Need :
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy / Finance, with 1-2 years working experience is preferred.
2. Good analytical and communication skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
4. Oracle knowledge will be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Good interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external clients.
2. Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, preferably Oracle.
3. Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
