Job descriptionCollaborate with Hiring Managers : Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine the selection criteria for various roles. Candidate Sourcing : Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub). Interview and Selection Process : Plan and manage the interview and selection procedures, including initial screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Utilization : Assess and manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the ATS. Job Description and Interview Design : Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position. Hiring Needs Forecasting : Work with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Candidate Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. Proven Experience : Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role. Social Media and Network Proficiency : Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks. Full-Cycle Recruiting : Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods. ATS Knowledge : Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective candidate management. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
