Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine the selection criteria for various roles.Candidate Sourcing : Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub).Interview and Selection Process : Plan and manage the interview and selection procedures, including initial screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Utilization : Assess and manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the ATS.Job Description and Interview Design : Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position.Hiring Needs Forecasting : Work with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.Candidate Relationship Management : Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.Requirements and Skills :
Proven Experience : Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.Social Media and Network Proficiency : Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.Full-Cycle Recruiting : Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.ATS Knowledge : Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective candidate management.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.Apply now or contact the below to know more.
