Job description

Overview

Responsible for managing the Group’s cash, liquidity and financial risks.

Responsibilities

  • Process group payments in accounting system, ensure payment vouchers are correctly recorded with relevant supporting documents.
  • Manage fund allocation for group entities’ payments and obligations.
  • Prepare monthly cash books to ensure that there are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare weekly and other periodical cash forecast for collection and payment of expenses incurred for each entity.
  • Preparation of monthly cashflow movement report.
  • Ensure on time payment of monthly / annually financial interest and other commitment payments.
  • Monitoring cash collection within subsidiaries / related companies to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Liaise with internal / external stakeholders to ensure cash management, forecasting and reporting.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures related to cash management process.
  • Continuously review and enhance cash management process, implementing automation tools and best practices.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in related field.
  • Strong analytical skill, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS office, accounting software and databases.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
