Content Creation & Social Media Management (60%)
- Manage and grow the social media presence of OGAWA, FUJITEC, and BODYFRIEND across META platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and YouTube.
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored for each brand, ensuring consistency with brand positioning while maximizing audience engagement.
- Curate and create innovative posts (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) to build strong brand storytelling and digital identity.
- Oversee social media calendars for all three brands, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) for each brand, with actionable recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with META trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to deliver impactful, brand-specific digital campaigns.
Brand Campaign & Marketing Strategy Management (30%)
Support overall marketing campaigns for FUJITEC and BODYFRIEND.Assist in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation — both online and limited offline activities.Oversee the development of campaign assets and collaterals, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (sales, retail, creative) for smooth execution of marketing plans.Track performance of campaigns for FUJITEC and BODYFRIEND, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen market presence.Partnerships & Collaborations (10%)
Identify and develop brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.Assist in influencer / KOL engagement, focusing on content that complements brand campaigns and overseeing content production with influencers / KOLs.Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns involving external partners and influencers.Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.Strong understanding of META ecosystem (Facebook Ads, Instagram Reels, Business Suite, Analytics).Creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative or equivalent) will be an added advantage.Data‑driven, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously is an added advantage.Application Questions
