Content Creation & Social Media Management (60%)

  • Manage and grow the social media presence of OGAWA, FUJITEC, and BODYFRIEND across META platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored for each brand, ensuring consistency with brand positioning while maximizing audience engagement.
  • Curate and create innovative posts (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) to build strong brand storytelling and digital identity.
  • Oversee social media calendars for all three brands, ensuring alignment with campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) for each brand, with actionable recommendations.
  • Keep up-to-date with META trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with agencies and creative teams to deliver impactful, brand-specific digital campaigns.

Brand Campaign & Marketing Strategy Management (30%)

  • Support overall marketing campaigns for FUJITEC and BODYFRIEND.
  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation — both online and limited offline activities.
  • Oversee the development of campaign assets and collaterals, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (sales, retail, creative) for smooth execution of marketing plans.
  • Track performance of campaigns for FUJITEC and BODYFRIEND, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen market presence.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations (10%)

  • Identify and develop brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
  • Assist in influencer / KOL engagement, focusing on content that complements brand campaigns and overseeing content production with influencers / KOLs.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns involving external partners and influencers.
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of META ecosystem (Facebook Ads, Instagram Reels, Business Suite, Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Data‑driven, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously is an added advantage.
