Job descriptionConduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services. Approach schools, organizations, and corporate clients to promote and market events, programs, or services. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline). Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and reports for management review. Support event execution, including promotional activities and client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Assist in ad hoc tasks as required Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing will be an added advantage. Having strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in client-facing situations or a strong willingness to learn and develop these skills. Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new prospects. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willing to travel for client meetings and school visits. Creative, proactive, and results-driven. Basic salary provided. Allowance will be given based on KPI performance. Training and guidance will be provided.
