Job descriptionManage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding debts. Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits in line with company policies. Prepare and distribute customer account statements and dunning letters. Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies related to billing and payments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Prepare reports on collection activities and outstanding accounts for management review. Support the Accounting & Finance department with reconciliations and audit requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of credit and collection processes in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
