Job description

Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities. -Support the development and maintenance of event budgets, track expenses, manage financial records, and handle contract management. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services. -Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and management of event supplies, equipment, and rentals. -Support event registration processes, attendee management, and coordination of special requirements. -Assist with on-site event management, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and guest assistance. -Work with the event team to address unexpected issues and ensure smooth event operations. -Assist in coordinating event entertainment, performances, and technical requirements. -Help manage part-time staff and ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their tasks. -Support post-event evaluation processes, including gathering feedback from attendees, vendors, and stakeholders. -Assist in preparing post-event reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement. -Help organize and archive event files, photos, and related materials. -Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. 1-2 years of event management experience or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Online Cloud system such as OneDrive and Google Drive is a must. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event support. -Passion for the event industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. -Able to move around independently.
