What You'll Be Responsible For :

Advisory Role

  • Advise finance and business leadership through research, analysis, and experience to develop recommendations.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to support key financial decisions, driven by profit motives.
  • Oversee outsourced accounting functions within the Management Centers in collaboration with the finance department.

Financial Controlling and Analysis

  • Generate regular business and financial analyses to identify risks, support growth, and contribute to long-term planning.
  • Ensure proper budget administration, including profitability analysis and rolling forecasts for decision-making.
  • Engage with business and vessel operations to assess liquidity implications of activities.
  • Review and improve business and financial processes, recommending best practices for operational efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations, WWH Reporting & Control, and the Finance Shared Service Centre to ensure compliance and governance, advising the CFO on financial governance matters.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • What Experience and Skills Are Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently; excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Proficiency with financial software (SAP), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
