By building strong client relationships and promoting our portfolio of frozen products, you’ll ensure more outlets and customers enjoy affordable, high-quality food—directly transforming communities across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business by identifying and selling to prospects while maintaining strong client relationships.
Promote and sell Lee’s portfolio of frozen products to existing and new outlets / customers.
Actively seek opportunities and follow up on sales leads via cold calling, walk-ins, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and align solutions accordingly.
Maintain the highest standards of execution, ensuring brand presence and product availability.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Travel out-of-station as and when required by management.
Job Requirements
At least 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
Highly passionate about sales; proven track record is a strong plus.
Ability to forecast sales trends and develop effective sales plans to meet strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Driven, outgoing, and a proactive self-starter.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
