In House Recruiter - FMCG (Junior / Senior) | KLCC | TRAINING PROVIDED

Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG sales, marketing, and e-commerce positions.

Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Assess candidates’ skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

Maintain proactive communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices to attract the best talent.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within FMCG or related industries . Focus on hiring sales team, promoters, marketing, e-commerce etc.

Proven ability to hire high-performing commercial and marketing talent.

Strong determination, resilience, and passion for achieving hiring targets.

Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
