Accounts Executive (AR)
to join our team in
Kuala Lumpur
In this role, you'll manage sales orders, retailer incentives, financial reporting, cash collections, and reconciliations, helping our
TAG Heuer and Zenith
boutiques run smoothly and ensuring accurate financial reporting across
Singapore and Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Order and Debit / Credit Notes Processing
- Process sales and return orders, consignment transactions, and billing.
- Manage retailer credit and debit notes, including issuing credit notes and updating quarterly rebates and cash discounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all order-related documentation.
Reporting and Analysis
Sales Performance Reporting :prepare and update a variety of sales and performance reports, including boutique sales, commission calculations, and boutique traffic and nationality reports, for internal stakeholders and audit purposes.
Accounts Receivable (AR) :manage and prepare accounts receivable (AR) reports, including ageing reports, customer statements of account (SOA), track overdue balance, and issue debit notes for late payment interest to retailers
Retailer Incentives & Discounts :oversee the calculation and reporting of retailer incentives and requisite credit memo for quarterly and yearly rebates
Cash Collection & Deposit Reporting :monitor cash collection and deposit activities and prepare monthly reports for AML compliance.
Stock & Inventory :prepare reports related to stock and inventory, such as Goods with Purchase (GWP) values, wholesale backorder reports, stock lists for stock counts, and consignment reports
Compliance & Treasury Reporting :ensure timely and accurate submission of compliance and treasury reports to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Reconciliation
Ensure accurate integration of sales data by verifying that transactions captured in CEGID are correctly interfaced with SAP.Review and post SAV sales transactions to SAP to maintain accurate records.Reconcile invoices and receipts by cross-checking merchant statements against bank statements.Check and reconcile E-Invoicing in IRBM and SAP.Other Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
Prepare and submit gross turnover (GTO) reports to landlords and monthly journals for sales incentives, recharges, credit card, and bank charges.Assist with boutique and SAV stock counts and maintain vendor master data in SAP.Assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation.Support customer service operations, including handling Pro Concept (PCS) issues and processing customer refunds (retail and SAV).Draft correspondence to retailers confirming consigned stock lists.Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Job Requirements
Diploma or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIMA or ACCA qualification, completed or in progress, is advantageous.1–2 years of accounting experience in an MNC environment preferred.Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelKnowledge in SAP is advantageous.Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced luxury retail environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact Apply today and join our team
