Overview

We are seeking for a few Clerks to join our dynamic team at WONG ELECTRICAL & TEAK WOOD (PENANG) SDN BHD in George Town Penang . This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Processing and organising records, such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our database
• Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, printing, and organising supplies
