Senior Specialist / Lead HRIT (Workday)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior HRIT Specialist / Lead (Workday) to manage and optimize Workday modules, provide expert L2 support, and drive seamless HRIT operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a proactive approach to system support and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Workday functional modules, ensuring smooth operation and optimal system performance.
- Provide L2 support for tickets, incidents, and change requests across Workday and other HR applications.
- Maintain SLA compliance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Workday system functionalities.
- Monitor system alerts, errors, and notifications, taking corrective action as needed.
- Support end users, enhancing HRIT platform adoption and proficiency.
- Drive proactive improvements in BAU operations and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with HRIS and business partners to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Handle S1 escalations effectively, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with global standards and engage with the global solutions architecture team.
- Assist in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new initiatives and change requests.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :
3–5 years of experience implementing multiple Workday modules.Strong understanding of system functionality, HR processes, and configurations.Knowledge of application development methodologies and system integration.Skills & Traits :
Familiarity with SLA‑driven support and performance‑oriented work culture.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Team‑oriented with a proactive approach to BAU operations and deliverables.Hands‑on experience with Workday HR processes and system best practices.Seniority level
