Job description

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at Nam Heong Group. In this full‑time role based in USJ Taipan, Subang Jaya, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns to promote our outlets.

Job Scope

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and XianHongShu (XHS).
  • Create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including text, images and videos.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with marketing campaigns, new product launches and brand events through digital activation.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, memes and best practices to ensure our brand remains impactful, relevant and fun.

Job Requirement

  • 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Diploma / Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, etc.
  • Strong presence on platforms especially TikTok or XHS.
  • Demonstrates strong first‑contact skills with the ability to engage others respectfully and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong time‑management skills and a proactive commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support business goals.
  • Work effectively in fast‑paced environments with minimum supervision.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and content management systems (not mandatory but an advantage).
  • Basic skills in design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro).
  • Confident, vocal and comfortable being on camera.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, particularly in copywriting and editorial writing.
