Job description

Our cafe barista showcases our signature curated experiences. OurBarista will be responsibleforpreparing and serving a variety of our signature blends in coffee and otherbeverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean andorganized work environment.

OUR BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greetcustomers as they enter and provide a welcoming, extremely friendlyenvironment.
  • Explainmenu items, answer questions, take orders, and accept payments (cash, card,UPImobile).
  • Prepareand serve hot and cold drinks such as our signature coffee, espresso, lattes,cappuccinos, chocolate and specialty beverages.
  • Followprescribed recipes and preparation techniques for all drinks and food items.
  • Prepareand serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, or baked goods as Package food andbeverages for take-away or delivery.
  • Cleanand sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, seating, and service areas.
  • Restocksupplies and take inventory of items in display cases and behind the counter.
  • Explainand upsell products, suggest brewing methods, and educate customers about menuitems.
  • Adhereto all food safety, hygiene, and quality control regulations.
  • Work as part of a high-energy,efficient team, supporting colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take good care of the machinery and equipment.
  • Cross-training will be provided forcareer growth. candidates must cooperate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic,High school ,+2 diploma or higher .
  • Priorexperience in food and beverage or customer service is preferred but not alwaysrequired.
  • Trainingor willingness to learn about coffee, and food preparation is desirable.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills; friendly and polite attitude.
  • Abilityto work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, night, weekends, andholidays.
  • Abilityto stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Basicmath skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
  • Cross-training will be provided forcareer growth. candidates must cooperate.
