Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to increase lead generation, brand awareness and customer education across SEA region.
  • Overall growth strategies for performance marketing, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok and retargeting channels.
  • Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.
  • Managing the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.
  • Empower creative ideas and innovations within Performance marketing channels.
  • Collaborating with creative, campaign, and analytics to enhance channel performance.
  • Making strategic decisions to prioritize key focus areas for effective outcomes.
  • Analyzing data to gain insights and propose effective solutions.
  • Coaching and growing the performance marketing team to meet company needs and support growth.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of team lead experience. Focus on SEM & Lead Generation.
  • Proficiency in Google Adwords and Facebook paid ads is a MUST.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Data driven and numerically inclined.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in B2B industries a plus.
