Technology Consulting - SAP Functional Consultant, Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

Ideal candidate with strong hands‑on experience in SAP SD, and a good understanding of related modules and technical concepts. Mandarin language proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including MM, FI, and ABAP.
Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., EDI, APIs).
Support business processes such as intercompany billing, consignment, and order‑to‑cash (OTC).
Perform functional testing and assist in UAT and training.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on SAP SD best practices.
Participate in knowledge‑sharing, training, and competency development initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a SAP SD Business Analyst or Consultant.

Deep understanding of core SD processes (order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.).

Must have knowledge of EDI setup, intercompany flows, and consignment processes.

Familiarity with MM and FI modules (nice to have).

Experience with GTS and API integrations (nice to have).

Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging (nice to have).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

SAP SD certification is a plus.
