The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR advice and support to assigned departments and assist the Head of HR in all facets of Human Resource Management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
- Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross‑functionally.
- Identify gaps, propose and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks.
- Build strong business relationships with internal clients and facilitate the management team to deliver optimal solutions for employees.
- Drive performance improvement and champion positive changes in people management.
- Design and maintain organisational vitality charts as unit performance improves.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.Preferable 2+ years of experience in a related HR role.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in project management and change management.In-depth knowledge of employment law and ability to apply it in workplace situations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the primary language of the market.Perks & Benefits
