OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a Merchant Operations Specialist / Manager to architect the operational backbone of our OSL Pay division, ensuring a world-class experience for our merchants and driving the adoption of crypto payments.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end merchant lifecycle, from technical integration and launch to ongoing growth strategy and optimization.
Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and service quality at scale.
Act as the central point for resolving complex merchant issues, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure swift resolution.

Who We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in merchant operations or customer success within payments, FinTech, or a related internet industry.

Proven ability to build, optimize, and manage complex operational processes (SOPs).

Exceptional skill in cross-functional collaboration with teams like Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
