CONSTRUCTION DIVISION (SITE BASED)
- Lead the full spectrum of contract administration from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
- Prepare, review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation.
- Manage contractual correspondence, claims, variations, orders (VO) and extensions of time (EOT) in accordance with PAM / FIDIC standards.
- Coordinate procurement strategy and contract awarding processes.
- Work closely with project team, subcontractors and external consultants to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely project delivery.
- Provide contractual advice and risk assessments to project stakeholders and management.
- Ensure cost and commercial control throughout the project including budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting.
- Represent the company in contractual discussions, dispute resolution and negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors when required.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in line with legal and company requirements.
