Finance Junior Executive

We are seeking a talented Finance Junior Executive to join the dynamic team at Eadeco Sdn. Bhd. in Chemor, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting the company's financial accounting and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Maintaining and updating the company's financial records and databases

Supporting the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information

Providing administrative support to the finance team as required

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices

Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)

Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in financial reporting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
