Job descriptionGood knowledge of Cisco / HPE Layer2 / Layer3 Switch, AP, Understanding with LAN troubleshooting. Good knowledge of x86 Server and PC hardware maintenance. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office(Word, Excel, Outlook…). Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses Fluent in English Proficient in Malay and Mandarin (to communicate with colleagues from Taiwan) In charge of all IT infrastructure maintenance, excludes Server, Switch, WiFi , etc. In charge of OA hardware and software maintenance. Computer-related exception handling On-site network maintenance and handling SFIS system maintenance and exception handling Printer maintenance IT-related material management and issuance) Meal subsidy Transportation allowance Other benefits will be further informed during the interview.
