Job description

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate / diploma / degree inputer science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in software development, support, IT project management or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellentmunication, interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Innovative, creative and insightful mind set with strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience in product / platform development & management, business process improvement and project management a plus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Special Skill

  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, IIS, Windows Server.
  • Basic knowledge / understanding of LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, firewall, etc.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum project management a plus.
  • Knowledge and practical experience inputer programming (.Net, C#, MVC, API) and scripting language preferred.

    • Responsibility

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, epassing scope definition, risk identification / mitigation, timescales, resource control and understanding the impact on process, people and technology.
  • Provideprehensive software / application support including issue resolution, service requests and quality control.
  • Bridge the gap between stakeholders and vendors in functional solution design, ensuring clarity and guidance.
  • Develop and execute test plans to verify IT application functionality.
  • Analyse and prioritize projects, change requests, updating functional specifications accordingly.
  • Ensurepliance with policies, business rules and bank-wide standards pliance, security, dataernance).
  • Participate in low-code development, functional design, prototyping, testing and implementation activities.
  • Manage and support business continuity / disaster recovery (BCP / DRP) activities, including penetration test review and risk mitigation.
