Process Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / SCOPES :

• Worked with R&D engineers and completed optical transceiver product introduction to the production line.
• Responsible for building production line workstations and test stations.
• Responsible for analyzing defects in the manufacturing process, formulating improvement plans, and improving product yield.
• Responsible for the management of production equipment, daily maintenance, and calibration.
• Responsible for the configuration of the MES system and the management of the production process flow.
• Responsible for setting up the product repair process and making the repair standard process.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
• Proficiency in communication protocols such as IEEE 802.3 and SFF is preferred.
• Proficiency in using software such as EXCEL, WORD, Protel, and CAD.
