Base pay range

MYR42,000.00 / yr - MYR54,000.00 / yr

Role

Customer Service Advisor - Mandarin Speaker

Location : Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Salary : RM 4,500

Language : Mandarin (At least 1 year Customer Service experience; GDS system experience will be an added advantage)

Joining date : ASAP

Work Hour : Rotation Shift

Headcounts : 12

Education : SPM / Diploma / Degree

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take calls and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and services with patient assistance at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries using knowledge from training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
  • Deliver customer support and services effectively through active communication.
  • Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
  • Adhere to the given work roster including weekends, public holidays, split offs and rest days as required by business needs.
  • Adhere to call flow procedures and quality assurance requirements.
  • Abide by de-escalation processes for dissatisfied customers.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, ideally in Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech and Hospitality industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and high standard of work.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
